How to Unplug

We’ve all felt it — the reflex to reach for our phone, even if we just checked it moments ago. Before we know it, we’ve lost minutes, hours, days.

In part one of this course, we’ll explore what drives our urge for constant distraction and learn how to transform this pesky habit into a springboard for meditating on the peaceful nature of our mind. In part two, we’ll learn how one of Buddhism’s foundational meditations can help us create healthier relationships with our devices, and to rediscover what’s truly meaningful — without endless scrolling.
