HALF-DAY COURSE THIS SATURDAY: SHINE YOUR LOVE, WITH NATALIA DARIALOVA

Love is the key to a happy and meaningful life. Which is why we want to make sure we are letting our love shine. The more we are able to love others purely, the happier we will be, and the more all of our relationships will be fulfilling. But what does loving others ‘purely’ mean? So often in our loving relationships we also experience pain and conflict. This pain isn’t coming from our love, but rather from our attachment, which generally leads to false expectations and an inability to see the other person’s point of view.

On this course we will learn to distinguish clearly between love and attachment, and see how we can skillfully use our relationships to increase the former while decreasing the latter. In particular Natalia will teach and guide a profound meditation on love that naturally enables us to open our hearts more fully to others so that we empathize with them and how they see things. This ancient practice, known as the radical exchange of self with others as taught by the great Buddhist master Shantideva, is exceedingly practical and has been helping people for centuries.

Everyone is welcome!

New Series Starts Sunday with Kadam Morten: How to Open our Heart to Life

The Perfect Course for the Holidays!

This series is based on a special practice known as the Four Immeasurables. These four – immeasurable love, immeasurable compassion, immeasurable joy and immeasurable equanimity – enable us to truly open our hearts to the people in our life and in our world. Because the special way of thinking taught in these practices and meditations encourages us to accept and transform all our relationships, even the difficult ones, with gratitude and appreciation, this is a perfect course for guiding us to more fully enjoy the holidays and to imbue them with joy and meaning.

Everybody welcome!
