The Science of Happiness
Buddha’s teachings are often described as scientific instructions for happiness. But how can happiness be scientific?
According to Buddhist meditation there really is a scientific formula for feeling good, and if we put Buddha’s instructions into practice we can make happiness reliable and repeatable, instead of random.
When we investigate happiness scientifically we discover its real causes. We understand how happiness is actually an ‘inside job’ and that outer conditions can only make us happy if our mind is peaceful. We learn to recognise the bad mental habits that stop us feeling good, and the positive states of mind that will sustain us in every area of our life.
Come along to discover the Science of Happiness, and how Buddhist meditation makes feeling good mathematical instead of mysterious.
