About this Series
Many people think ‘I am an insecure person’ and everybody feels insecure from time to time. This insecurity undermines our happiness, our ability to be effective, and prevents us from being the confident, relaxed and beneficial person we all long to be.
Although we may have the habit of identifying ourself as insecure, no one is actually insecure by nature. In this special talk, Kadam Morten will explain how we can begin to connect to the underlying happiness and confidence that is our actual nature, and he will guide a meditation taking us into the experience of this peaceful and relaxed mind. It is this experience that will enable us to begin to let go of our mistaken insecurity and eventually be free of it altogether. The process of attaining this freedom will be further explained and guided over the ensuing five-week series.
Each session in the subsequent Monday evening series will consist of a talk, guided meditation and discussion. There will also be an opportunity for those who wish to join in with a supplementary Saturday half day retreat to deepen our familiarity with this new way of thinking and being.
Everyone welcome!
