Our New Year's Resolution to make it a reality:  we commit to meditating for 30 minutes, for 30 consecutive days.

Buddha explained that we can become authentically happier by cultivating inner peace through the practice of meditation.

By meditating everyday, we can deepen and stabilize our experience of inner peace until we are in touch with it all the time, in and out of meditation.

Join our New Year's 30-Day Meditation Challenge!

  • Commit to meditating for 30-minutes, for 30 consecutive days  
  • Choose your start date: Monday, January 3 or Monday, January 17
  • Sign up! $50 for the month, free for supporting members

Once you sign up, you'll receive access to your 30-day Challenge Hub where you can connect to the meditations each day.

30-minute sessions are offered as follows:

  • Livestreamed each weekday morning at 7:30am
  • Livestreamed each weekday lunchtime at 12:15pm
  • Livestreamed Monday-Thursday after-work at 6:00pm
  • Some replay sessions are provided for weekends and for when you can't catch a live session
