Improving Oneself Through Cultivating Inner Peace

Curious about Buddhism? This weekly class presents basic teachings from Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book How To Transform Your Life that you can immediately use to improve your work and relationships, cultivate inner peace and increase your enjoyment of daily life. Each hour-long class includes a meditation, a teaching, and time for discussion.

Our General Program classes include Dharma teachings along with guided meditations
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners
General meditation classes are given as a series, but can also be taken individually
No special clothing is required
