Williamsburg Meditation Class
Meditation is widely popular these days, but not many understand its ultimate purpose and function. Yes, it is definitely an effective tool for relaxing or feeling less stressed out, but Buddha’s ultimate intention for this practice was much more than just that. Through meditation Buddha taught how we can completely free our mind, get the most of our life, and actualize our full potential.
In this two-weeks course we will learn techniques and practical methods to deepen our meditation practice.
