Live life creatively, as opposed to reactively. Through the practice of meditation we’ll learn to let go of those heavy minds making us uninspired at work, develop unusual clarity and actualize our full potential.


The Power of Mantra

Mantra means mind protection. In this 3 week course we’ll explore how mantras can enhance our meditation, and keep our mind supple during our daily activities.

Our general program classes include Dharma teachings along with guided meditations
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners
General meditation classes are given as a series, but can also be taken individually
No special clothing is required
No pre-registration is necessary
