A happy mind is the key to a happy life. When our mind is happy, we are naturally more relaxed and confident, our relationships are more harmonious and our actions bring better results.
Unfortunately, many people struggle to find real happiness. As a result, their lives are often stressful and challenging. Through the practices of meditation and training the mind we can learn to shift from these painful states of mind and gradually experience authentic and stable happiness, the key to a joyful life.
Through talks, guided meditations, and discussion Kadam Morten will help us to bring about such changes for ourselves.
