There is nothing more meaningful and helpful than to explore Buddha’s most profound teachings, the teachings on emptiness, the true nature of reality. It is through our understanding of emptiness that we can come to solve all our problems and be of maximum benefit to others. In this half-day course, we will explore this liberating wisdom and through our understanding of it learn how to “live lightly,” freeing our self from physical pain and mental suffering. Ultimately, we will come to experience the supreme permanent peace of mind known as nirvana.
Sunday February 26 Meditation Class:
Meditative Adventures with the Subtle Mind: Freedom from Uncontrolled Desire
In this teaching we will explore the possibilities for truly transforming our lives and becoming the confident, joyful, creative and beneficial person we all long to be.
