Because we are locked into a view of ourself as separate from others and our environment we often feel alone and powerless. However, this sense of separateness is actually illusory. In this series we will use Buddha’s astounding teachings on developing love and empathy to undermine swiftly this sense of isolation and instead open ourselves up to a completely different way of viewing our reality.
In this course, Gen-la Khyenrab will help connect us to our own wonderful qualities of loving kindness and show us special meditation techniques to allow these to expand so that we truly experience the joy of living with an open heart. Everyone is welcome.
Sunday October 1 Meditation Class:
Loving Kindness Part 2
In this teaching we will explore the possibilities for truly transforming our lives and becoming the loving, joyful, creative and beneficial person we all long to be.
Cost: $15 | Free for Supporting Members
Time: 11am – 12:30pm
