Watch this video below of Kadam Morten talking about the retreat and what to expect:

Due to the pandemic Kadam Morten will be remaining in NYC this January (normally he guides retreats at one of our retreat centers.)  Which means this year we can offer everyone the opportunity to participate in a gentle online retreat that you can easily integrate into your daily work and family schedule. This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your own meditation practice and gain experience in all the essential meditations that make up the complete path to enlightenment.

The meditations in weeks 1 and 2 will be based on the presentation of the Stages of the Path meditations presented in Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s The Mirror of Dharma with Additions. The meditations in weeks 3 – 5 will be based on The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra.
