with Gen Kelsang Menla

There is no more powerful healing force in the universe than love. But do we know what real love is? Do we know how to experience it, how to give it and how to receive it? And how do we cultivate authentic self-love and overcome self-hatred? The answers to these questions are vital if we wish to love others authentically and create harmonious relationships. Buddha taught that we generally see ourselves as isolated and alone but that in reality we are all deeply interconnected. As result, love without discrimination towards ourself or others is the actual truth.

In this half-day course consisting of talks and guided meditations, Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Menla will lead us to tune into our natural potential for love in meditation, and show us how to nurture that potential in our daily life.
