We all have the ability to change our lives, either dramatically or simply in subtle ways. “Change your mind, change your world.”

For this special course in the practice of mind training –  known as “lojong” –  Kadam Olivier will use teachings from Kelsang Gyatso’s book Eight Steps to Happiness, as well as his own creative (and lively) experiences of practicing loving kindness in hospital settings, in order to inspire all of us to transform our own and others day-to-day activities into meaningful and rich paths to happiness.

We offer evening meditation classes on Mondays, TuesdaysWednesdaysThursdays, and Fridays, and morning meditation classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays that are suitable for newcomers. Our lunchtime meditations and after-work meditations are only a half-hour long and a great way to get a taste of meditation.
