Wouldn’t it be great if we could simply choose not to be unhappy? Better yet, what if we simply woke up one day to discover that our emotional response to everything was automatically one of well-being and deep joy? Our meditation practice can help make this happen for us.

The sources of authentic happiness reside within us. So we don’t need to go rushing all over the place in search of people, things or experiences in order to feel good. In this half-day course we will explore how focusing with mindfulness on the inner authentic causes of happiness – both in and out of meditation – is the way to break free from our habitual feelings of dissatisfaction and sadness. We can wake up to happiness everyday.
