  • 11:30am – 1pm Commentary 2 (with simultaneous kids class downstairs)

During these unstable times we all need a source of refuge beyond our insecurity and fear. Buddha Tara reflects our potential for freedom from all fear. She is the Buddha of fearless enlightened wisdom and action. Her name means ‘liberator’ because through relying upon her we are liberated from fear and suffering. The empowerment is a blissful guided meditation during which we make a deep connection with this inspiring Buddha and receive her powerful blessings. Our relationship with Tara will give us an inner ally, a supreme unchanging friend, a source of guidance, peace and courage during our difficult times.

The commentary will focus on the tantric meditation practice known as self-generation through which we can swiftly actualize our own potential for enlightenment and transcend all fear. Everyone is welcome.

Families with children under the age of 11 will be seated in the downstairs meditation room which will have a video-link of the empowerment and activities for the kids during the breaks. No charge for children.
