Paths to Joy

When Buddha introduced his profound teachings over 2500 years ago, he laid out a roadmap for overcoming obstacles and building a life filled with peace, joy and happiness. These teachings are as rich and applicable today as they were then.
In this half-day course, we’ll dig deeper into Buddha’s Four Noble Truths, focusing on how meditation can help us strengthen our compassion, concentration and wisdom in a world filled with distraction and suffering.
