Who we are depends very much on who we think we are. If you think about it, even in a single day, we change all the time. Now I am angry. Now I am happy. Now I am bored. Now I am confused. Which one are you?
Through learning Buddha’s practical insights into how we really exist and who we can become, we can harness the natural process of self-transformation and make it work in our favor. Instead of pushing or struggling with ourselves and trying to change through willpower alone, we can make real, sustained, and smooth changes from the inside out and, in the process, experience more profound levels of joy and fulfillment.
During this meditation series, Sharon will give teachings and guided meditations on the profoundly transformative and amazing meditation on the emptiness of the body and the emptiness of the self. Everyone from complete beginners to advanced meditators is welcome!
