Of all Buddha’s teachings, none are more far-reaching and transformative than the teachings on emptiness, the true nature of reality.  It is through our understanding of emptiness – in particular, the freedom that we experience as a result –  that we can then come to solve all our problems and be of maximum benefit to others.

“With emptiness, anything is possible.”

In this half-day course, we will explore this liberating wisdom, with teachings, guided meditations and time for questions.

Everyone welcome. This course is suitable both for beginners and those more experienced.

*It is recommended that you attend the course in its entirety. Per-session registration is not available online, but walk-ins are welcome for those who cannot attend all three sessions.
