Transforming Tough Times

Buddha gave a special set of teachings for tough times. These practices, known as lojong or training the mind, help us to use the difficulties we encounter as the very means for improving ourselves emotionally and spiritually. Paige will guide us in these skillful methods. The first step is to learn to move away from our sense of isolation to a heartfelt connection with others through training in authentic love. The teachings will be based on the legendary thousand year old text, Training the Mind in Seven Points as presented in Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book, Universal Compassion.
