*It is recommended that you attend the course in its entirety. Per-session registration is not available online, but walk-ins are welcome for those who cannot attend both sessions.

In a world where our own life or work situations may feel terribly uncertain, not to mention the increasing sense of instability of our very planet, is it absurd to consider that we (you!) could somehow manage to develop a sold, centered, confident mind and maintain it all the time?

It is not absurd. Not at all.

Buddha’s brilliant insights and clear instructions on how to shift our perspective are the teachings that reveal to us our own power, our own inner strength. Our world needs people who are connecting with true courage. In this half-day course, Kadam Morten will share with us some of the steps we can all easily take to become that strong, centered and confident person.  A question to consider: If not now, when?

The sessions will include a guided meditation, an explanation, and time for discussion. Be sure to bring your questions and lunch to the Q&A! We provide chairs or cushions to sit on. No special clothing required. Everyone is welcome, no matter your level of experience in meditation.
