Good Karma, Purification, and Inspiration
Buddha taught that successful meditation depends on cultivating the right internal conditions. In particular it depends on three things, good karma, purification and receiving inspiring blessings. Paige will explain how we develop these conditions of a peaceful and inspired mind both in our meditation practice and in our daily life.
According to Buddha every situation, even our problems, can be used to create good karma, or merit, and purify previous negative karma. Equally every day can be experienced as a blessed day. Blessings arise when we open our hearts to the mind of enlightenment. By applying the special methods taught in this course we will learn how to connect to a deep source of inspiration in our hearts and to lead a creative, joyful and inspired life. This course will benefit both those who are new to meditation and those wishing to go deeper in their practice
